Who we are
Clinics Near You (clinicsnearyou.com) is operated by Webivores Inc., Blainville, Québec, Canada. Privacy requests: info@webivores.com. (Named privacy officer title and mailing address: Joe to confirm and publish — Law 25.)
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, your role (patient, clinic owner or other), your city if you give it, the date you signed up, the country your request came from, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording and the time). We use your IP address briefly to block abuse and do not store it with your signup. We do not collect health information.
Why we collect it
To email you when Clinics Near You launches or adds your area, and to understand demand by city and role. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your consent and unsubscribing
We only email you because you ticked the consent box. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. You can also withdraw consent at any time by writing to the contact above.
Where it is stored
Waitlist data is stored with Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers KV). Cloudflare may process it in the United States or other countries, where local laws may allow authorities to access it. When we choose an email delivery provider, we will name it here before we send any email.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 24 months after Clinics Near You launches in your area. Then we delete it.
Your rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete your waitlist entry by writing to the contact above. We reply within 30 days.
- If you live in Québec, you can also ask how your information is used and withdraw your consent at any time.
- California residents can ask what personal information we hold about them and ask us to delete it. We do not sell or share personal information.
- If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Québec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Cloudflare keeps basic network logs to run and protect the service.
